He has been in the car business since 1967, and has been in management since 1987. Rick has experience working in many aspects of body work, including tech and paint. Rick began his career in the car business at the age of 16 painting cars and worked his way up to General Manager.
Rick has been a member of the Continental Automotive Group since 2002 and enjoys working with this company and its family atmosphere. He also appreciates how they care for their employees and customers. Cars are a passion of his and he is delighted to get to work with them daily!

Melanie has a wonderful husband, Dan, together they have two children both born in 2002 Jack and Michele (I assume twins?). Their family also consist of 3 dogs: 2 Labs and a Poodle. She was raised in East Texas and did a considerable amount of camping and fishing which is still an activity she enjoys doing with her children and in addition they enjoy swimming and riding bikes. These activities help keep her children occupied while school is dismissed for the summer. Her desire is to travel with her children to the Grand Canyon and also to different beaches before they are grown. Melanie loves football season especially watching the Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos, but also, high school football when her old hometown team the Georgetown Eagles are playing. She started with Continental Auto Group at our Mercedes-Benz dealership then transferred to Continental Collision Center when they opened and needed her skills. She has been very impressed with the company’s atmosphere and the care it shows toward it’s employees.

Michael has over 41 years in the car business, and enjoys it to this day. He loves watching football, and playing with his grandchildren.

Erin was born and raised in San Antonio and she graduated with a degree in photography from TWU, Texas Women’s University. On July 16, 2016, Erin married the love of her life, Carla. Together they have two sweet German Shepherd mixes; Chester, the G.S. and Bloodhound mix, and Bella, G.S. and Blue Heeler mix. Erin is excited about her new career path, and is looking forward to being a car painter!

William’s dad had a restoration shop, so naturally, William started working on cars at a young age. One of the first models he ever worked on was a 1959 4 door Mercedes-Benz. In December 2016, William will have been repairing cars for 50 years! He’s been in Texas since 1983, and enjoys doing rock-work when he’s at home. He recently created an awesome rock-work patio that he and his wife, Donna, will be able to enjoy and furnish with some large potted plants. William is also a proud father of two daughters, and four grandkids.

Gil relocated here from Brooklyn, New York, and is originally from Panama City, Panama. Gil is a U.S. Air Force veteran and has been to Korea, Japan, and would like to see Europe someday, too. He has four precious granbabies, and he is trying to convince his children to move here so he can be closer to his grankids. Gil decided to move to Central Texas to be close to his four brothers, and he is elated to get to see them so often now. In 2014, he and his wife celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in Hawaii, and they both can’t wait to go back for another trip there!

Mike has been with Continental Auto Group since 1996. He was the first Infiniti Master Tech with our Infiniti dealership and just recently moved to Continental Collision in Georgetown. Mike was born and raised in Austin, Texas where he met and married his wife, Kathy. They have two kids, Matt and Jessica. They like to vacation on the Gulf of Mexico and go fishing. With his free time around this area he enjoys any type of automobile racing and working on his project cars.

Phill is a native Texan, and has lived in multiple big cities within the state! Back in 2012, he started working at a classic car restoration shop, and learned that he greatly enjoyed what he was doing. Helping restore vehicles as a sheet metal fabricator, made this job a good choice for him, as he likes being around cars- especially classics! He listens to a lot of pretty loud music in his spare time, and also really likes cooking. He is currently trying out “Blue Apron”, where every month they send you ingredients and tasteful recipes that you can make out of them!

Jose’s favorite day is Friday, and he loves guiding tourists down to Laredo. He has two beautiful daughters. Jose is from Zacatecas, and he has a night job at the state Capitol building writing legislation.

Lisa came to Continental Collision Center in 1998. Before coming to the collision side she worked at Mercedes-Benz of Austin as Service Cashier, Automotive Warranties, and Automotive Accounting. Josh was born and raised right here, in the heart of Texas. He went to school at UTI and then the MB Elite Factory Training. Josh has an adorable Dachshund named Benjamin Franklin that will excitedly do tricks for a bite of your pizza.

Nick has loved working with cars and motorcycles as far back as he can remember. He started out detailing cars when he was only 12 years old, and from there, he went on to school for auto mechanics, then back for body work, and then back again for auto painting! He is happy to constantly be learning so much on daily basis in this industry. Apart from being a full time tech, Nick is also a full time dad. He has three beautiful children, two boys and one girl, and somehow, they all have a love of working with cars, too. With his free time, Nick and his kids enjoy taking their two dogs for walks and out to explore McKinney Falls.
Larry is Texas native who loves the outdoors. He is happily married with two twin boys, and he enjoys mountain biking, camping, and fishing. Larry has been in the automotive industry as far back as he can remember, and loves working on repairing and restoring vehicles!

Miguel was born in Panama City, Panama. He was an Army Brat, and then went on to join the Air Force. Miguel has a love for the Teenage Mutant Turtles. So strong, that he has a tattoo of them. He loves his two dogs, Master Splinter and Nike, and he admits that he has the greatest wife in the world. Fun Fact: The wrecked car in his photo… ? Yes, it’s his own.

Brian was born in Memphis, TN, where he joined the Army and met his wife. Upon leaving the service, he earned my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Shortly after attaining his degree, Brian began his career in the auto body industry working as an adjuster for GEICO, and would frequent the Georgetown shop as part of his territory. Brian began to look into transitioning from the insurance side to the body shop side, and landed here at CAG.

All the way from Wyoming, Andrew is happy to be residing in Texas now. He has been working in paint shops since 2002, and the simple joy of cars is what pushed him to get into working with them. In 2004 Andrew married his best friend, and together they have three beautiful children, Laney-11, AJ-10, and Lincoln-3. Their favorite family activities are doing anything and everything in the mountains, like hiking, hunting, and skiing! In fact, Andrew does some extreme hunting. He has been all over Wyoming, up to Alaska, and to parts of Idaho, to hunt all kinds of elk, mountain goats, and deer.
